As part of our biweekly software updates, an upgrade job used more resources than anticipated and caused a brief slow down in servicing some user requests for a few minutes. Once we noticed the raised job status we reduced the load and systems returned to normal. We will review our release procedures to ensure this sort of load does not occur in the future.
